I had the EXACT same problem with my magazines popping out. I tried
NUMEROUS magazine catches with the same results. My magzines WITHOUT
finger rests also ejected, but not as often. I was bummed major.

I took the Guardian in to NAA and they said, "Sure, we can fix that!"
And fix it they did.

I talked to the gunsmith who actually did the work and he said that he
grinded down the magazine catch even more so that it would hold onto the
magazine. Well, whatever he did, it worked and I've been happy ever
since. In fact, I've switched to the Guardian as my primary carry
piece.

So, hang in there. Yes, it's annoying and quite frustrating, but they
can fix it, I assure you. It's a known problem with some guns and they
know what to do about it.
