Try using CCI #10 caps, they fit just right. Also you might want to try Pyrodex
pellets, which makes loading these revolvers easy- just drop in a pellet, then a
round ball and ram it down. Takes less than half the time to load.

Percussion Caps.I think it must be the shape of the nipple ,but I find that with size 11 CCI ,I get 3 out of 6 misfires but with No 1075 Nobel I get no...

I only use the CCI #10 caps and have never had an ignition problem. As for loading, I've never tried the Pyrdodex pellets. I have a powderhorn that measures...
