Kenny Dunaway's Multisport Report

"If A is success in life, then A = X + Y + Z. Work is X; Y is Play;
and Z is keeping your mouth shut." Albert Einstein

The internet chit chat about Bobo Anderson's Holy Toledo Triathlon
held in Many, LA is compelling. I've not seen so much internet
banter on an event in a while. Each year it seems to get better and
better and more and more bizarre! Congrats to all who braved
incredibly cold water and tough terrain to finish the event. Get
results via lafayettefitness.org.

New Orleans cyclist Randy Legeai thanks to all who came out to the
super fast La Place 40km two-person cycling time trial course last
Saturday morning. Complete results have been posted to the NOBC
website. Fastest time of the day went to Frank Moak and Troy Porter -
51 minutes and 59 seconds.

From Kerry Stamey
I am selling my wife's road bike. It is
a 54cm GT ZR5.0 in what I call perfect condition. It's red -- I just
completed an overhaul including new chain, cables, brake pads and
bottom bracket. Now here is the kicker: This is an aluminum framed
bike with an Easton EA30 carbon fiber fork to take some of the sting
out of the stiff frame. We just added my carbon fiber Spinergy four
spoke wheels so it rides like a dream as the Spinergy wheels really
smooth out the ride quality on small bumps.

I also have the original wheels as well and will include them in the
sale, but prefer to sell it all as a package. The components are
admittedly low end, Shimano Tiara dual control but it rides and
shifts great. And looks fantastic with the Spinergy wheels.

I would like to get $600 for it, so send me an email at
kerrystamey@... if you are interested. Call 225.324.3499.
