To whom it may concern:
Given the catastrophic circumstances brought on by Hurricane Katrina,
I would like to suggest to WTC that you bend your rules and allow IM-
Florida participants from affected areas in Greater New Orleans
(including the Mississippi & Alabama coasts) to withdraw from the
race and receive a full refund. I'm sure that many of the
triathletes in that area have made other arrangements and continue to
train but for the benefit of those who have much greater issues to
deal with, it would be a very nice gesture on your part.
