THE HAZE GRANTED SHIMMER TITLE SHOT FOR 2/23 IN NYC!
----------------------------------------------------------

If you saw Ring of Honor's "Undeniable" pay-per-view broadcast, which
premiered this past Friday, January 18th, you witnessed the first
women's bout in ROH PPV history between SHIMMER Champion Sara Del Rey
and Daizee Haze.

The SHIMMER Title was not on the line in this impromptu match, put
together by Del Rey's agent Larry Sweeney just moments before it took
place. Toward the end of the match, an altercation took place at
ringside between Claudio Castagnoli and members of Sweet & Sour Inc.
which caused Sara to be being taken off guard as Daizee scored the
upset pinfall victory with a rollup.

As a result of The Haze pinning the SHIMMER Champion on ROH PPV, both
SHIMMER and ROH officials have agreed that Daizee is now in line to
receive a SHIMMER Title match, something she has yet to be granted
since the establishment of the championship last summer. Daizee
Haze's opportunity will come at ROH's huge "Sixth Anniversary Show"
on February 23rd at the Manhattan Center in New York City!

Can The Haze beat Del Rey once again, and become the second ever
SHIMMER Champion on February 23rd? Two of the most prominent Women of
Honor will battle for the belt as part of ROH's "Sixth Anniversary
Show!" Details are below.

LESS THAN 70 TICKETS ARE LEFT FOR 4/26!
----------------------------------------------------------

Less than 70 general admission tickets remain available for the 4/26
SHIMMER taping at the Eagles Club in Berwyn, IL. Front row sold out
in a matter of hours, and general admission have been moving quickly
as well. Once these last 70 seats are occupied, that's it. We won't
be adding more tickets, and the venue isn't magically going to get
larger!

If you don't have tickets yet, and you plan on attending the taping,
we have general admission ticket PayPal buttons up along the left
hand side of www.shimmerwrestling.com right now. We can also accept
mail orders (check or money order) for tickets if you do not wish to
use PayPal. E-mail dave_prazak@... for further instructions for
mail orders. We'll also have tickets (if they are still left) on 2/9
at AAW in Berwyn if you wish to get them then.

To those who have ordered tickets already, we will be mailing out all
of the ticket orders next week, so you should expect to receive your
tickets in the mail during the last week of January.

TWO NEW SHIMMER DVDS TO BE RELEASED NEXT WEEKEND!

Both SHIMMER Volume 13 and SHIMMER Volume 14 will be released this
weekend at www.rohwrestling.com by Ring of Honor. Both titles shipped
out late this past week and will arrive at the ROH office in
Pennsylvania in time to be included in this weekend's merchandise
update. ROH should also have copies of both titles at the live events

ROH PPV WOMEN'S MATCH NOTES!
----------------------------------------------------------

Ring of Honor's fourth pay-per-view offering, "Undeniable" debuted on
Friday night. "Undeniable" will be available on iN DEMAND during the
rest of the month. Visit www.rohwrestling.com for details on how you
can catch "Undeniable" on PPV.

The first women's bout on ROH PPV, featuring Sara Del Rey vs. Daizee
Haze, is a part of the "Undeniable" show.

In breaking news, the Women of Honor 3-way contest that took place at
the Manhattan Center in New York City just a few weeks ago, pitting
Lacey vs. Daizee Haze vs. Sara Del Rey, will now be a part of ROH's
fifth PPV, "Rising Above!" The match was originally scheduled to only
appear as a bonus match on the DVD release of the "Rising Above"
show, but due to some additional available PPV broadcast time for the
show, the women's bout was able to be fit into the PPV
broadcast! "Rising Above" debuts on PPV on March 7th.

WOMEN OF HONOR FEATURED IN NEW HIGHLIGHT VIDEO!

The Women of Honor (Lacey, Daizee Haze, Sara Del Rey, and Mercedes
Martinez) are included in the ROH highlight video set to The Smashing
Pumpkins' "Doomsday Clock," available to view right now for free
online. This is part of a cross promotion between Ring of Honor and
The Smashing Pumpkins. Details are below!

COMING SOON: NEW DVDS & SHIMMER ROSTER ALBUM!
----------------------------------------------------------

We've got several new SHIMMER merchandise items coming out during the
next few weeks. I'll avoid giving specific dates for when each will
be released, just in case for whatever reason there might be a slight
delay, but they will all be available shortly.

Much like we did with Volumes 11 & 12, which featured the SHIMMER
Title Tournament, we will be releasing both Volumes 13 & 14 at
www.ROHwrestling.com on the same day. We're doing so in an effort
to "get caught up" more quickly on DVDs that have already been filmed
but have yet to be released, and also to make it more convenient for
those of you who plan on ordering both (this way you won't have to
pay for shipping twice).

Both Volumes 13 & 14 are finished and are in replication. I just got
done screening the final edit of Volume 14, which was the DVD filmed
at the Citrus County Auditorium in Inverness, FL, and I've got to say
that this is personally one of my favorite DVDs we've ever produced.
Every match on this show made a contribution in its own way. The show
featured several rematches (Danger vs. Rogers in a 2 out of 3 falls
match, Kong vs. Roxx in a rematch from Volume 5, and of course the
main event/rematch from the tournament finals of Lacey vs. Del Rey),
plus the first SHIMMER meeting of MsChif vs. Daizee Haze, and a very
amusing Rain vs. Cheerleader Melissa match. Plus Daffney made her
first appearance as a wrestler. Overall, it's just one of the DVD
releases in the series that I am most pleased with.

In addition to the two new DVD releases coming up, we've also just
put the finishing touches on the 2005-2007 SHIMMER Roster Album. Many
of you have requested for additional merchandise and collector's
items to be available from SHIMMER to go along with our DVD series,
and I'm really happy with how the Roster Album turned out.

For those of you who have received our promotional flyers in the
past, which were printed in full color on glossy cardstock, the
Roster Album is being printed the same way, on the same glossy
cardstock as the flyers. Just imagine full size pages worth of that
high quality material, in booklet form, and that's the Roster Album.
It's eight full size pages, featuring profiles on all of the 37
wrestlers who have competed in SHIMMER from Volumes 1 to 16, with all
of their stats, signature moves, list of which DVDs they appeared on,
etc. This is something that every SHIMMER fan is going to want in
their collection, and will make for an excellent item to collect
autographs in.
