Saturday, April 7th will see the return of Amazing Kong to SHIMMER
competition, as part of the Volumes 9 & 10 taping at the Eagles Club
(6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL, just outside Chicago!
 
Kong returns from Japan to re-join the SHIMMER mix after making a
huge impression back on Volumes 5 & 6. One of the most intimidating
forces in pro wrestling today, Amazing Kong will once again display
her talents in action against her fellow SHIMMER women on April 7th.
 
Who on the roster has the guts to sign for a match against Amazing
Kong?! Time will tell. Mark your calendars, and be there live on
April 7th in Berwyn for Kong's return!

TALENT SIGNED FOR 4/7 BERWYN, IL TAPING!
----------------------------------------------------------

SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES returns to live action on Saturday, April 7,
2007 with another huge double DVD taping at the Eagles Club (6309
26th Street) in Berwyn, IL, just outside Chicago. Bell time for the
taping is 3pm. Doors will open at 2pm. Volumes 9 & 10 of the SHIMMER
DVD series will be filmed during the course of the event!

Tickets for the 4/7 taping will go on sale on Saturday, February 17th
at the AAW event at the Eagles Club in Berwyn. Tickets will be made
available online (via PayPal) beginning on Sunday morning, February
18th. We will also be accepting advance ticket orders by mail at that
time. We will be offering a choice of either front row reserved
seating (tickets and seats will each be numbered) at $20, or the
usual general admission (rows 2 and back) at $10.

General admission seating will be on a first come, first served
basis, like in the past. The new front row reserved seating option
offers not only the benefit of having a front row seat to all the
action, but also gives those ticket holders the luxury of not having
to be in line early on the day of the show to get the best seat
possible. Tickets will also be available at the door on the day of
the event, but those fans with tickets purchased in advance will be
admitted before any tickets are sold at the door on the day of the
show.

REBECCA BAYLESS JOINS SHIMMER ANNOUNCE TEAM

We're happy to announce the addition of Rebecca Bayless to the
SHIMMER announce team, beginning with Vols. 9 & 10, which will be
taped on April 7th in Berwyn, IL! An experienced manager, with a bit
of ring time as a wrestler as well, Bayless recently returned to Ring
of Honor after a two year absence, in the capacity of backstage
interviewer. Rebecca joins SHIMMER in the same role, beginning on 4/7.
