How can you argue with that science? This Hector guy must be taking physics or
something. Bike fitting is tough; just remember that it is more important to fit
the bike to
the rider than rider to the bike. From my humble point of view. a quick way to
figure out if
the frame is about right is standover height. With your shoes on and feet flat,
it should be
about 4 inches from the top tube to your crotch. If the frame is the right size
it is a matter
of small adjustments to make you comfortable. Hopefully you got the eggbeater
pedals; I
think they are simple and effective. You will undoubtably forget to unclip and
fall sooner
or later; if you can accept that then you will be fine.
