All - for a running group - I guess we're too busy running to post
anything. I know we're all busy, but I'm throwing out something for
discussion: anyone care to offer advice on running your first
marathon? I'm headed to Cincinatti in May - would love to have advice
from those who are experienced.

Sue, my advice is not to train. why go thru all of the pain doing months of prep work, injuries and fatigue when you can relax have fun and only suffer that...
