Hi Sue,
My name is Dave Horvath. I am training for triathlons and half
marathons. Right now my long runs are around 75 minutes at a 10
minute per mile pace. I plan to increase the distance by about 10
minutes (one mile) per week with a plateau every third week for
recovery. I would be happy to join you or have you join me on these
runs.
