I am a yoga teacher in Morgantown at Body in Balance, and just wanted to let you
all know
about a class that I am teaching in April called, Running and Yoga. It is
already very popular
with about 15 people signed up, but I wanted to share the details with other
runners who
wouldn't want to miss it:
6 week session starting Friday April 3
4:30-5:45 PM
Body in Balance Spa
$60 for 6 classes
- students will run on the rail trail for the first 30 minutes, then participate
in an intense 45
minute yoga session focusing on stretching and opening hamstrings, hips and
glutes, and
strengthening arm and abdominal muscles.
