I will be doing a long run (8-10 miles) at an easy pace around
4:00p.m. today rain or shine if anyone want's to join me. Planning to
leave from the Dellslow Post Office behind Sheets in Sabraton, and run
on the Deckers Creek Trail from milepost 3 to milepost 7 or 8 and turn
around. I could be persuaded to leave from the Student Rec Center if
the prospect of a nice warm shower at the end of the run sweetens the
deal.
