The Nautalius Gym is having an open house on Saturday, January 27th.
A PT from Dynamic Physical Therapy will talk about lower back pain at
2pm and Dr. Joe Klemczewski (The Diet Doc) will talk at 3pm. He'll be
available for questions after his talk. I've pasted some stuff about
him and he has a website at: www.thedietdoc.com.
So if you have nutrition questions, this is a good opportunity to
talk to someone. Also Cathy Riker, will be talking about nutrition at
Morgantown Multisport's January meeting, 1/31 at 7pm at the Student
Rec meeting room at WVU. Everyone is welcome. She is available to
look at anyone's diet/meal plan.
Any questions, you can call me at 366-1014 or cell 288-9558
