I would be happy to run with you. I regularly lift and do core exercises in the A.M. at the Rec Center and run there in the evenings, so I would be happy to depart from there. I find running in the morning usually poops me out for the day, so if it's in the A.M., I usually keep it short (3 miles or so). Running in the evening is great (muscles and joints are warm and limber).
