Hey all,
I created a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet Training Log and have uploaded
it to this site. You can use it to track your running, biking, and
swimming miles. Or you can just use it for running.
I included some instructions and tips on how to use it - hopefully you
will find it to be user friendly and not too confusing.
