The Phillies Alumni Weekend is sure to attract a large number of fans. Combined with the ESPN X-Games at the First Union Complex we are anticipating a larger than normal volume of traffic in the Sports Complex area. You are encouraged to arrive earlier than usual, take alternative routes or use public transportation. Additional parking will be availalbe in all lots surrounding the sports complex including FDR Park, the Naval Hospital Lot and the Philadelphia Naval Yard. Shuttle buses will be available to take fans to and from the Naval Yard to the corner of Broad & Pattison.

Schmidt, Luzinski and McGraw of the 1980 Phils take on Daulton, Kruk and Thompson of the 1993 Phils in a pre-game batting challenge starting at 6:20pm (Phils-Cards game follows), courtesy Keystates Chrysler Jeep.

Alumni Gate Greeting: Saturday August 17
Phils Alumni: Daulton, Denny, Dernier, Holland, Unser, Thompson, Wilson and Greene will greet fans from 12:15-12:45pm

Harry Kalas Hall of Fame Tribute: Sunday August 18

Inducted recently into the Baseball Hall of Fame, it's now our turn to honor long-time broadcaster and Phillies icon Harry Kalas. The pre-game ceremony begins at 1:15 (Phils-Cards game follows), so plan to come early for this memorable event. Plus, all fans 15 and over will receive a free Harry Whitey Dual Bobbing Head collectible - sure to be one of the biggest hits of the season

PHILLIES PHESTIVAL TO BENEFIT ALS - Monday August 19th

SCHMIDT JOINS ALS EVENT: Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt will be appearing in a photo booth during the Phillies Phestival. Fans can pose with Schmidt in a Photo Booth from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Each fan will receive a 5"x7" digital picture complete with an autographed cardboard frame. There are a limited number of tickets left for Schmidt's booth call now 215-463-1000.

Ozzie Smith and Harry Kalas, baseball's newest members in the Hall of Fame will be on hand for the Phillies Phestival to benefit the ALS Association. The party includes a Phillies Alumni Booth featuring Darren Daulton and Greg Luzinski, Photo Booths with Pat Burrell and Bobby Abreu, player autographs and plenty of fun things for fans of all ages.
