Tickets on sale now for the Phillies Phestival (formerly ALS Autograph Auction Party) on August 19.

HIGHLIGHTS: Special Autograph Booth of 2002 Hall-of-Fame inductees, Phillies broadcaster Harry Kalas and Ozzie Smith; Alumni Booth featuring former Phillie Darren Daulton; Photo Booths with Bobby Abreu and Pat Burrell. BALLPARK UPDATE
11 months of construction completed!

Be sure to drive by the New Ballpark project site on Pattison Avenue and take a look at the construction progress. With excavation completed, the foundation and service tunnel walls continue to be built in a counter clockwise direction making way for construction of the lower seating bowl. Plus, piles are more than half-way completed, with 2,600+ piles driven to date.

"TT" FOR TWO

Tony Taylor, affectionately known to his teammates as "TT", is in for two awards next month.

The former second baseman and coach will be back in town to receive the Phillies' Latino Legends Award and to be added to the Philadelphia Baseball Wall of Fame as the Phillies' 2002 inductee. Taylor will receive the 2002 Latino Legends Award prior to the 7:05 p.m. game with Sammy Sosa and the Chicago Cubs, Wednesday, July 17. Three days later on July 20, before the 1:15 Saturday afternoon game with Atlanta, Taylor will be inducted into the Philadelphia Baseball Wall of Fame located on the 200 level behind home plate. His plaque will be added to the display along with one honoring the late Rube Walberg, a left-handed pitcher with the Philadelphia Athletics.
