NEW BALLPARK WEB CAM LAUNCHED Ballpark cosntruction progress shown "Live" 24/7.  The official Phillies New Ballpark Web Cam is now up and running on phillies.com, loaded with many bells and whistles for fans to track the Ballpark's construction progress. The Web Cam is designed so all can view the construction progress of the Ballpark until its completion in 2004. You can access the Web Cam in the New Ballpark section.
