The second half of the season got off to a soggy start
for the Fort Myers Miracle.
Their game with the Sarasota Red Sox was suspended in
the bottom of the second inning with the Red Sox
leading 2-1. The game will be made up as part of a
double header beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Game
one will pick up where it was suspended with the Red
Sox batting in the bottom of the second and will be a
regulation, nine inning affair. The second game will
follow approximately one half hour at the conclusion
of game one and will be a seven inning game.
(Colby Miller gave up those two runs!)
In game two, the Miracle will send LHP Kenny Holubec
(0-1, 5.03) against RHP Brett Rudrude (3-6, 4.58).
