Sep 30 Hawk Island 2 person relay. Each runs 4 x ¾ mile on 1 ¼ mile
course. Each jogs back up course ½ mile as a rest after their run. Many
consider it our hardest work out of the year. Restrooms and changing rooms
available. Meet outside the restroom-picnic shelter for starting line. Get
partners there, with short interval runners would be best to partner with
someone of same ability.
