Mt Hope. ?8 (not six like earlier schedule) 440yd repeats.? Unlike track runs
this will be on slightly rolling, not hilly, loop in very southwest corner of
the cemetery.? 2 person relay, get partners there.? Since this is on a 425 loop,
it will be advancing repeats with a new startling line each time giving the
course a slightly different contour with each run. Per usual 6:15 starting line
start.?? Parking: remember to park?with all wheels on the road.? The very
southwest corner is our running loop, there fore park single file on the wider
road on the adjacent hill sides.? Am going to attempt to forward a scanned map
of the cemetery (if you don't receive one, it is because of my computer
ignorance)?
