Aug. 30, 2005 East Lansing High School track Comments: Marty
Alward and Allison Badd were men and women*s Trifecta champs for the
season, both are first year MMTC*ers. Jon Killips did the incredible, he
ran all three races exactly as last year*s times. Guess it shows that
Jon beat Father Time! Somehow I missed Rick Hicks 1600 and 800. He
always sprints at the end and I probably lost him in a group.
Hopefully, he will email in his times. Look at the total times and
note how close everyone is bunched together. Also note that with the 400
several of the guys changed position in the pecking order replacing the
women that were above then thru 1600 and 800. Keep you record*.try to

(1) To watch the just done or the waiting heats clap and cheer for
the runners on the track as they made the last bend and sprinted for
home. (2) The second heat of 400 meters where Brian Bess, Bob Shockey,
