Daylight time means (!)O it is darker and colder if you are a morning runner
(2) it is lighter and warmer if you are an evening runner (3) it is
getting closer to Mid-Mich Track Club Tuesdays.
Last year we started on April 14, Tuesday is April15, this year. We lucked
out and had warm weather. Do you want to start at same time this
spring......or move up to Apr 8?
Below is a summary of last summer's workouts. Write me if you want any of
them repeated or eliminated or any other viewpoints. Am particularly
interested in club viewpoints of 3 person relays, shuttle relays, use of
Haslett, MSU
or Okemos tracks.
