Oct 09 Tues Evergreen Cemetery 4 x ¾ mi on 8 minute intervals but you run
with a partner of similar speed with 3 foot rope tied together. (Actually each
partner just holds on to the other end of the string) Get partner there and
obviously get a partner of equal speed-pace. Park up in the per usual sw
corner. Beware that ground will be soft if it has recently rained, therefore
keep part of car on pavement, Start at the per usual place near the sw corner.
Long range weather prediction is for rain so the usual rain and lightning
rules will be in effect. Yesterday a Porta-john was still there.
