For some reason this note from Liz got stuck in the SPAM
bucket for the last two weeks, belatedly here it is.
- Sorry Don

Nothing too bad, just some pretty ugly looking road rash. On of my collegues
sewed up my knee and elbow the same day and I ran five miles the next day. My
helmet cracked in 5 places, it saved my life, and I highly recommend wearing
one. Thanks for your concern. Hope to see you all soon!

Subject: [MMTC] about last Tuesday
Jeremy Recker and Scott Schmick had the fastest time
recorded for this exercize, 24:14 at 4:437mi.
Last year first placers were Matt Bozung-Pat Mitchell
at 26:49 and 4:55/mi. Also near the best is back in
2004 when we did 3 sets of 800-400--200- 200 for a
total of 6 miles per team instead of 5.25. Chris Hughes
and Roland Hensley averaged 4:48/mi.
Newcomers tonight :
Cheryl Hansen-Grandmaster runner with Playakers wants
to run 5K's faster Mandy Heck-friend of Sue Strouse,
ex-high school miler coming back to do intervals after
a 9 year layoff of track training. Ray Trudgeon, friend
of Connie Cannon, a cannoe competitior and triathloner
Rex Reist-teamed with Harry Hawkins but I think came
with Rob Stouse. He is fast!
Also, scuttlebutt is that Dr. Liz Tvelten Hughes went
off her bike in a Wed. night pile up but escaped with
severe injuries.
The Devil last Tuesday was Daniel Durusoy in
Jim Carter's absemce.
Did anyone notice the out and out race of
Susanne Kleft-Mark Warner duling with
Jan Spodarek-Curt Swedsen. Finished a step apart.
PS Kleft-Warner the lead step
