Its ten miles no breaks. It can be a good hill workout. In the past
(like 30 years ago) the race was important. As the choices for
numbers of races has risen, it has become more of a workout.
The arre good paces in neighboring Scott Woods and Hawk Ilse
Park to get extra miles. Unfortunately there are no facilities so
come ready to race!
