Park). 2 person relay on the mile loop. Each runs 4 x 3/4 mi, while
partner runs the resting partner will need to jog 1/2 mi to meet partner. Park

nw corner by restrooms and warming house.

the short loop needed by the shoreline is closed,

sinilar exercize using outside 1.5 mi loop where each person runs 3 x i
mile, then while partner is running their mile the runner backtrackingly jogs
back 1/2 mi to await partner finishing the running mile segment.
Still meet up at nw corner, rest rooms and warming house. Starting line
just north of warming house. AS of Sunday the loop sidewalk was shoveled and
dry for 360 degrees. JIM CARTER to layout course. If deep snow,
course/workout will be altered.
