MMTC

I have just returned off "anybody can join" membership requests
due to unwanted emails. I also deleted a couple of unwanted list
members so that hopefully we won't get spammed again. I will
have to approve any new members. Since this list is not used by
Gordy for any results and not to many visit the photo gallery it
might be that we need to review the list's purpose.
