Bay City State Park......
One of my favorite places to sail without a doubt.......!! The Park
is best in North to East winds especially when waters are cool/cold
and the land is warm, which brings good thermals. Good shape
and "FUN" waves are northwest of the park and to the Southeast, waves
are choppy. Great rigging on the grass is the good news. The bad
news is you've got a long haul from parking/rigging to the water, but
it's worth it.
There are other access points to the north (Boutell Rd) a few miles
that don't require the long walk to the water but the waves are not
as nice. Comfort vs. Quality??
Enjoy!!
