Ok, the following wind alerts are up and running at
www.PacificWindsurf.com --> Wind Alerts. You can subscribe to the
site location of your choice and specify mobile text message or e-
mail as the alert type, minimum wind speed, and the frequency of the
alerts after receving a first alert. The script runs every hour,
and if the wind speed reaches your specified minimum wind speed for
your subscribed location, you'll receive an alert! This is a hobby
web site for me and the service is free.
