Lake Huron forecast beyond five nautical miles from shore

Synopsis
A cold front averaging 29.90 inches will slowly drop through lower Michigan and Southern Lake Huron this afternoon and tonight...reaching the Northern Ohio valley by Thursday morning. This frontal boundary will remain over the Ohio Valley through the end of the work week...as high pressure of 30.20 inches builds into the central and eastern Great Lakes. The front will then lift back north through the area this weekend...as a low pressure system approaches from the west. North half
Thursday
East winds 15 to 25 knots...decreasing to 5 to 15 knots late. Waves 2 to 4 feet...building to 3 to 6 feet before noon...subsiding to 1 to 3 feet late.
