Hello, I have never windsurfed in my life but for some reason have
gotten the bug and it won't let go. I feel like an idiot because I
don't even have a clue as to how to get started. I am in my mid
forties (too old?) and although I had no idea if I would ever actually
try this, I have been getting into shape. Slowly lost weight, and am
doing some endurance training. I live in SE lower Michigan, after you
quit laughing, could you please point me in some direction to actually
begin to meet some windsurfers online, or point me to some classes. I
do not want to be in same class as experienced surfer for obvious
reasons, i anticipate a long period of training physically before I
could even get up I am sure. Thanks for reading this, I am glad I
found this group. -Kim
