CWR-News
Born To
Ride
Dear Rider/Spectator,
If you missed the action on Saturday, above are some snaps of the action this afternoon at the festival. Although the weather forecast was for 20km/hr southwest, the winds built slowly throughout the day from 20km/hr as predicted, then 25km/hr (mid day) and finally topping out near 30-35km/hr near late afternoon.
Riders and spectators enjoyed the intermittent snows squalls throughout the day. Sunday is forecasted to be sunnier and more wind than on Saturday making for great photo opportunities.
The festival organizing committee would like to thank all the riders, spectators and volunteers for their efforts this afternoon and for making the day safe, enjoyable and memorable for all.
