The FRCC and Kinetic Systems are pleased to announce The Waterford Hills
Spring Training Series for 2003.

This is a USA Cycling sactioned event held Under USA Cycling Event Permit
374

Location: Waterford Hills Raceway, located on Waterford Road and Dixie
Highway approximately 2 miles South of Clarkston. From I-75, take
Sashabaw/Pine Knob/DTE Energy Music Theatre exit (#89) to Maybee Road and
then West to Waterford Road. PLEASE OBEY THE 15MPH SPEED LIMIT SIGN POSTED
IN THE SPORTSMAN CLUB'S PARKING LOT.

Racing dates are Saturdays, March 29th, April 5th, and April 12th.

Citizens/"C" Race (USCF)
Times: 11:00am each day
Prizes: Bragging Rites + Primes
Distances: 6 laps/8.4 miles(3/29/03), 8 laps/11.2 miles(4/5/03), 10 laps/14
miles(4/12/03)

"B" Race (USCF)
Times: 12:00pm(3/29/03), 12:15pm(4/5/03), and 12:30pm(4/12/03)
Prizes: $50 paid to 5 places + Primes
Distances: 10 laps/14 miles(3/29/03), 13 laps/18.2 miles(4/5/03), 16
laps/22.4 miles(4/12/03)

"A" Race (USCF)
Times: 1:00pm(3/29/03), 1:30pm(4/5/03), and 2:00pm(4/12/03)
Prizes: $100 paid to 5 places + Primes
Distances: 16 Laps/22.4 Miles(3/29/03), 19 Laps/26.6 Miles 22(4/5/03), 22
Laps/30.8 Miles(4/12/03)

Quick Release and the Flying Rhino Cycling Club are combining their two
training series to create the Spring Fling Race Series. Riders in the "A"
and "B" categories earn points in any of the seven races by finishing in the
top 10.

Riders are automatically entered in the Spring Fling Race Series by entering
any "A" or "B" category race. There are no additional fees to participate!
Overall winner in both categories will be awarded either merchandise and/or
cash prize.

Points are awarded for the top 10 finishers in the "A" and "B" category
races. Points are awarded as: 1st - 15, 2nd - 11, 3rd - 9, 4th - 7, 5th - 6,
6th - 5, 7th - 4, 8th - 3, 9th - 2, 10th - 1.

All Races are $15.00 which includes an insurance surcharge and track user
fee. Unlicensed riders add $5 for one-day license fee.

Save $5!! A discounted price of $40 for the three races is available through
the end of the first race day. Unlicensed riders still pay $5 per day for
one-day license.

Registration opens at 9:30am and closes 30 minutes before the start of each
race. Race runs rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. All USCF/USA Cycling rules apply.
Field limit is 100 riders for the USCF races, 50 riders for the Citizen
races. There will be no free lap. Riders may participate in either the "A"
Race or the "B" Race but not both. Start times depend on the previous race
speed. We feel we have left sufficient time for the events to run without
shortening any of the races, however, there are no guarantees. Any changes
will be announced on race day. The promoter reserves the right to shorten
races, combine fields, or cancel races if the minimum field size is not
reached. Make checks payable to FLYING RHINO CYCLING CLUB, mail entry along
with completed 2003 USA Cycling Standard Athlete's Entry Blank and Release
