Beltran should of took a swing with 2 strikes, but I think players these
days are taught to look for a pitch way too much. He needed to be more
defensive, but St. Louis was getting benefits by the umpires are close
pitches while the Mets were not, and check swings.

What now? Wait 'til next year I guess. Can't beleive Beltran went down
on a called strike three. Can't beleive it's going to be 21 years
without a Championship. Good pitching beats good hitting but Beltran
should have tried even if he went down swinging.
