Obviously you dont get it. Randolph was a very intelligent baseball player. He
had great baseball insticnts when playing and can translate those insights as a
manager. An all-star and a thinking man's baseball player, Randolph rarely made
mistakes on the field. He can teach fundamentals, strategy and a winning
attitude - is that enough points for you?
