It has been brought to my attention that a few of you would like to
compete in more full contact style tourney. I have added a form that
we will be using called the USAT. This is the governing body for the
Olympic team. Please look at it. I will also post the site address so
that you may see the rulebook and more info on the USAT. There are
many photos to look at as well. Let me know what you think.

Testing is this Saturday.

Its time again for our Battle of The River City Open.
The Event will be September 29th 2007 at the Clinton YMCA.
I will put the flyer and also registration info on the site, it will
be located in the files section. You may print it off and preregister.

Just wanted to say Great Job everyone who tested. Congrats. I will be

In Bettendorf we are testing at the end of this month. I am glad you had to

	 If you like I have a server to host the site on. Also if you wish I
can squat on whatever site name you want. It would be cheaper if you let me

I have in the recent weeks been suprised and very astranged with the
things that have happened. I feel now that the team of Black Belts I
have in charge are going to take these schools to the next level. I
feel that it is time to bump up the workouts and push everyone to the
max. I know that all of you enjoy working hard and give me the blood
sweat and tears that I ask for. We now have all four of the schools
running and ready to excel.

I ask that all of the students try to do their best to bring at least
2 new students to your school.

Promotions are just around the corner.

Thanks for calling and letting me know about the lack of class
tonight.  I wouldn't have called.  I would have let me go there and
discover it for myself.  It would have been funny... in a mean sort of
way.

Preston is run by adrenalin filled full combat warriors
with a taste for battle.  We train like navy seals and can
sparr for 30 minutes straight.  Our kicks and punches are
thrown with bone crushing results and with pin point
accuracy.

Just kidding - Sam and Dan have been helping Mr Nixon out.
