Wednesday night I got called in to work and left the academy to Mr.
Jess. I expected all of the students to listen and do as he says. I
was very amazed to here not only from one but four people told me how
terrible class had gone. There were some people who were not
following what I had told Mr. Jess to have the students do in class.
I dont think that anyone is better then anyone else or so much higher
that they dont have to listen. If you intend on being a part of our
school then you will follow the directions that I give the black belt
in charge. There is a reason behind that. So that when I come in on
Monday I know what has been covered. Some of you think you can just
change things without my approval or the approval of the black belt
in charge. THIS WILL STOP. All students will now begin to learn
humility and respect. I feel that those are the items that are
currently missing. It is sad to think that it has come to this but a
few of you are currently in the process of having your rank taken
from you. I EXPECT ALL STUDENTS WHO WERE AT CLASS TONIGHT TO BE AT
CLASS THIS COMING WEEK.
ALSO, for the people who have complained in the past that the
students do not respect them. I have to tell you that respect is
earned, not awarded. for those of you who think you are great because
you won a tournament, you will come to reality and join the rest of
us back on earth.
