I have had some concerns that I will be clearing up. The Mellennia
Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do School has been made to serve the students.
Mellennia Martial Arts TKD holds all the Association and the Name
Mellennia Martial arts and all contracts that have been started by
the instructors and myself. It is a registered name. The Schools are
ran by contracting instructors that I have appointed to run the
schools. I have chosen these Instructors for various reasons. A few
things need to be noticed.

I have been made an offer to sell Mellennia Martial Arts schools,
contracts and all of its assets. I am currently debating on this
matter. I would like to have feedback from the people of the
schools, Instructors, Students, and Parents. The Mellennia Martial
Arts Tae Kwon Do Schools have 5 locations in, Clinton, Bettendorf,
Preston, Dewitt, and Morrison. The instructors and myself run these
schools very well.

In the Future we will be hosting a USSSA event. One will be in
Bettendorf when Mr. Wagner gives me a date that he will set. The
other will be in Clinton after the Bettendorf event.

(1) To test in any off the schools you will need to be a
participating class member for the time specified by the contracting
instructor.
(2) To go to tournaments you will need to ask either myself or
the instructor that I have put in charge of your academy. Show
respect and do not go without permission. I will need to know who is
competing in what events when students do go to tournaments. There
are some events that we will not go to for reasons of fairness.
(3) Our Tournament in October is not required but strongly
recommended for you to attend. We would like everyone's
participation at the event. It is going to be a great event. Forms,
Breaking, Sparring, and Weapons.
(4) Instructors will sign and understand our terms of agreement
for all of you to run the schools. You will also acknowledge that if
I tell you to change something you will make the change.
(5) I allow students to speak to the instructors at anytime and
encourage it however I will not see or hear students contacting
Instructors and calling them by their first name.
(6) Students WILL NOT train in any location other then a
Mellennia Martial Arts School without my approval.
(7) NO INSTRUCTOR from any other school will teach in Mellennia
Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do schools without my approval.
(8) No other Style of martial arts will be taught in any
location without my approval.
(9) The name and location of ALL SCHOOLS will be decided by me.
(10) NO SCHOOL will change names for any reason unless a sale of the
location occurs.
(11) I S.E.Nixon have the executive authority over all of the
schools and will make any changes or decisions at anytime without
consulting any of the instructors. I may ask your opinion however I
hold the authority to make changes or dismissal.
(12) Any student or Instructor who is not following the code of
Martial Arts and not being an honest student will be excluded from
the academy and terminated.
(13) Currently I do not charge the instructors to run the schools;
this may change in the future.
(14) All POOMSE AND BLACK BELTS will be tested before myself there
are no exceptions. Instructors will need to approach me and inform
me that they have a student worthy of being a black belt. Some
students have received black belts by waiting. Now it has changed.
Our Black Belts will be above the others.
(15) IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED TO follow other association's rules
and procedures. You will follow our rules or do not come.
(16) There has been a problem of theft in the past. If you are in
Instructor you will be required to have your own equipment. If you
do not it will be returned if you are separated from the school for
any reason.
(17) If you go to another School you DO NOT COME BACK!
(18) There will be a chain of Command made that all of you will
follow.
(19) Mellennia Martial Arts is going to host its own Olympic events
in the future. I am currently arbitrating a deal with other schools
to start our own league.
(20) Disrespect will not be tolerated in any way. If you are told to
do something and you fail you will be separated.
