Great job to all who competed, i got 1st in forms and 1st in sparring,
then 3rd in board breaking, im never doing the top of the foot
rounkick again... hurts too much, then mr.nixon goes and steps on it
so now its all wrapped up and i hope it heals soon. again congrats to
all who went! and for those who didnt "do so well" theres always
another tournament and u tried ur best so keep it up!
