I may be incorrect, but I think individuals are limited at 10 owned,
+5 as a simple moderator w/owner powers.
I remember trying to create one once I reached 10 and yahoo wouldn't
let it go through.
So, I fixed that problem by just creating the desired group using
another account and sending my main account an invite. hehe
