I subscribe to the Windance Newsletter. It always has some interesting
information about windsurfing in and around Hood River. Some interesting
tidbits of news are.
To sail at Doug's Beach you are reminded that you need to get a pass to
park there. The Washington State Park passes cost $50 yearly. (or you
can pay the $5.00 daily fee). Evidently, the penalty for not having a
pass is quite high, so it makes sense to buy a pass ahead of time.
