I sailed Nitnat probably 10 years ago, great place once you get there,
back then the roads were pretty bleak. I know that they are better now.

Why not just go up to Squamish, that way you're still on the mainland
and it's a great place to sail. Winds are almost always very good. Big
area to sail in and it's pretty accessible. You better check to see if
they are charging to get out onto the spit.
Hey who knows maybe we'll get some warm weather here on the prairies and
our ice will be gone real quick.
