It's a little early yet.

As a general guide though... Worst case, 2-3 more weeks after the red
opens through the city before the lagoons (and tiny lakes) are open and
another 1-3 weeks after the lagoons open that we can ride on the big
lakes. The river pretty much opened yesterday in town but still has
some ice floating on it. With the extreme winter, and lack of snow
cover on the ice, and a cooler spring I think it's a couple weeks
behind this time the last few years.
