we still have loads of snow and 2-3' of ice underneath. You never know with the weather lately, but I'm guessing we'll be on the water in May this year. Last year was April 20 for our first session.

 

Just a side note here:

 

If anyone as an old boom, mast, extension, sail or even board that you no longer use and would like to donate to our thriving windsurfing club 'NOW' (www.windsurfnow.ca), we'd gladly take it off your hands. It doesn't matter what year/vintage the gear is, we'll make it work for someone. Our club is outgrowing our current inventory, so we're looking for anything that we can put a smile on a kids/adults face this summer!
