Yes you can change a team name. There will be a contest to decide
who gets first choice as to the team they want to take over or the
shot at beginning an expansion team. Someone will have to take over
the GM duties of the Hamilton Redbirds.

I created a file called Expansion that has the expansion draft rules
and the free agent expansion draft rules.
