I totally forgot the meeting tonight. The first Wednesday of the month just sneaks up on me.
Registrar Report:
As of today, we have 558 players and 38 teams registered to play in 5 different playing leagues:
Golden State Soccer League
State Premiere League
Abronzino
Delgado
West Valley
The club took in nearly $28,000 in field fees and a total of over $102,565 in combined registration and field fees.
All packages have long since been sent on to Kathie. You will hear directly from her when your package is ready. A few of you are still trying to round up the new adult forms from your team adults, but otherwise I think most of the packages were in pretty good shape. When you pick up your completed team package it will include your goldenrod roster, your registration forms and adult forms and enough game cards for your home games. You will pick up from Kathie's home.
All player and adult adds come to me. Player adds should be accompanied by a check for the player fee of $175. Make sure you fill out a player add form along with the registration form for the player and include a picture and the birth certificate. Your roster for the season is your goldenrod plus any adds you do, so you must always keep your signed add forms for team checkins for tournaments, etc.
Transfers and drops can go directly to Kathie. When you submit a transfer, please make sure you include the player's registration form, their player pass, the transfer form (make sure to include a reason for the transfer) and a check for $5.00 made out to CYSA.

parents for their tax deduction.
2. The field development proposal submitted to LASD is posted to
the Yahoo files section of this group. Feel free to read and send
me comments if you believe a section should be amended.
