A proof copy of the MVLA CONSTITUTION, BY–LAWS, GENERAL
PROCEDURES AND
SPECIFIC RULES is posted in the files section of this group.

This is a scanned and optically recognized version of what may be a
copy of the document as approved in November 2002. It appears to be
error free, but I am not sure if the scanned document was an original
or even a copy of the original.

The easiest thing maybe for the club at the AGM to adopt the
electronic original of this posted document as our official document
and then propose amendments to it. I have forwarded the electronic
original to Jeanine.
