Here is a reminder for all of you from the League Referee Coordinators meeting:

 

As a follow-up to our discussions (also discussed at the D2 Board level) at the League Referee Coordinators meeting, please remind your Referee Assignors and Referees that if the goals on the field are not adequately secured/anchored the game is NOT to be played.  Following is a link for a document entitled "Guidelines for Movable Soccer Goal Safety" that I recommend you review.

Also, players, coaches, and managers passes are to be laminated in plastic with NO open ends or sides.  If a pass is not laminated the individual cannot participate in the match, e.g., a player cannot play and a coach cannot coach.  There should be NO exceptions to this rule.
