MVLA coaches and board members:

Attached are the minutes of the 6/3 meeting.

Please note that in the Board session subsequent to the 6/3/04 open
meeting, the Board voted to deny the petition by the u13 Arsenal to join
the club for this Fall season.

I will be out of town Sun 7/4-Fri 7/9 and will not attend the Wednesday
meeting. I would ask Tom or Susan or some other volunteer to record the
meeting in my stead and send me their notes in an email or fax (650 941
8915) and I will draft minutes for the next month. I also hereby attach
the team slate so you may print it out and have teams and board members
sign in at the meeting. It is very important that we record attendance.
