Coaches and Managers

As discussed at last evening's board meeting, we would like to have email addresses for as many MVLA Soccer Club families as possible.  We're doing this because the club needs help with some community issues pertaining to field development and availability, and we need to enlist our soccer community for assistance.   Unfortunately, the registration database I use to register teams and players does not yet collect email addresses, only phone numbers and addresses.  In this case time is critical, and we need to reach people quickly.  As all of you know, field resources have become more and more scarce and we're being forced to turn teams and players away from MVLA Soccer Club.

Please be assured that this collection will be completely private, will be used rarely, and will be sent to the email addresses as blind copies so that no one will receive the list.

Just the player's last name and the email address you use to reach the family will be sufficient, though if you could include the city in which they live, that would be helpful, since we need to reach Mountain View residents for one issue, and Los Altos residents the other.  Feel free to forward this email to your families, letting them know what we're trying to do, and also give them the heads up that they may receive a call to action.
